ECSE 2050 Analog Electronics will be changed to Introduction to Electronics (same course #) in 2007 which will cover both analog and digital electronics.   Fall 2006 will be the last semester you can take Analog Electronics (ECSE 2050) and Digital Electronics (ECSE 2060). Starting from spring 2007, Digital Electronics will be changed to ECSE 4040 (and will cover more in-depth materials than ECSE 2060), and ECSE 2060 will no longer be offered.  If you have any questions, please contact Prof. Mona Hella  hellam at ecse dot rpi dot edu

Some additional comments:

* If you have free electives that you want to fill (most likely in your junior and senior years), consider taking more math courses, especially in linear algebra and possibly in math analysis I and II.

* Take a look of the Mins & Machines porgram in cognitive science dept. (http://www.cogsci.rpi.edu/minds_machines).  Several EE/CSE students have participated in this program and have given it rave reviews.

* Minds & Machines course in Cognitive Science: You may want to consider this course as an H&SS elective PHIL-1960-01 TOPICS IN MINDS AND MACHINES

* Check your CAPP report periodically to make sure you are satisfying all the requirements for graduation.
